lepoker Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and lepoker ("lepoker", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing lepoker's website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all services offered by lepoker, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, jackpot slots, fishing games, Teen Patti, roulette, and all associated promotional activities. Access to lepoker's services is conditional on your compliance with these Terms at all times.

lepoker reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via the email address or phone number associated with their account.

To open and maintain an account on lepoker, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. lepoker strictly prohibits access to minors. Any account found to be operated by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where using online gaming and sports betting services is not prohibited by local law.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, nominee accounts, and accounts operated by a third party on behalf of the registered user are not permitted.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from lepoker or affiliated platforms.
• You must not be employed by lepoker, its affiliates, game providers, or any other entity in a position that could create a conflict of interest with participation in lepoker's services.

lepoker may at any time request documentation to verify that you meet these eligibility requirements. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by lepoker may result in account suspension or closure.

Each person may hold only one registered account on lepoker. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, a different phone number, a different email address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balances may be voided.

Registration Requirements

When registering on lepoker, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, your date of birth, and your residential address. You must notify lepoker promptly if any of this information changes.

KYC Verification (Know Your Customer)

lepoker operates a KYC policy in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and financial regulations. We may at any point request verification documents, including but not limited to:

• A copy of your valid national identity card (CNIC) or passport
• Proof of your residential address (recent utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits
• Source of funds documentation for large or unusual transactions

Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. lepoker will not process any withdrawal to a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. lepoker will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact lepoker support immediately.

All financial transactions on lepoker are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). lepoker does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Inter-Bank Fund Transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.
• lepoker does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds are credited to your lepoker account immediately for mobile wallet payments and within one banking day for IBFT transfers.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your lepoker account.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT on a business day are typically processed within 24 hours. Requests submitted after this time or on public holidays may take up to 48 hours.
• lepoker reserves the right to delay processing of a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification or investigation of unusual account activity.
• Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal (see Section 6).

All bets placed on lepoker are subject to the rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These product-specific rules are available within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules prevail for that product.

Sports Betting

• The minimum stake per bet on lepoker's sportsbook is Rs 200.
• Bets are accepted only when a market is open. lepoker reserves the right to suspend a market at any time, including during a live event, without notice.
• All bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement, except where a bet has been placed due to an obvious pricing error — in which case lepoker reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, lepoker's standard void rules apply as detailed in the sports betting rules page.
• lepoker does not permit the placing of bets on events where the result is already known to the bettor, or where the bettor has any insider advantage.

Casino & Live Games

• All casino games on lepoker use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Published RTP figures are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on lepoker are indicative and update in real time. The amount credited on a jackpot win is the amount confirmed at the moment the jackpot is triggered.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, lepoker's disconnection policy applies. Where the outcome of a round has already been determined by the RNG or live dealer before disconnection, the result stands.
• Demo/free play modes are provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. No real PKR can be won in demo mode and jackpots do not pay out during demo play.

lepoker offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the conditions stated in this section as well as any additional terms specific to the individual promotion. Bonus terms are always visible before a bonus is claimed — please read them before accepting.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on lepoker carry a wagering requirement — a minimum total bet value that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds.

• Not all bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets with odds below 1.50 may contribute at a reduced rate. This will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus balances are forfeited.
• lepoker reserves the right to cancel a bonus and void associated winnings if there is evidence of misuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly without meeting wagering conditions.
• lepoker may withdraw, modify, or expire any ongoing promotion at any time. This will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to such change.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lepoker. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment methods, falsified identity documents, or any other fraudulent means to access or fund an account.
• Money laundering: Using lepoker in any attempt to conceal the proceeds of illegal activity or to introduce illegitimate funds into the financial system.
• Match fixing or corruption: Placing bets on events where you have direct or indirect knowledge that the outcome has been manipulated, or participating in any scheme to fix or influence the outcome of any sporting event.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games, poker, or any competitive game format on lepoker.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human control.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors, delayed odds updates, or promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Underage access: Attempting to register or play on lepoker while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access for any person under 18.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your lepoker account.

lepoker reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if lepoker reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purposes;
• Verification requirements have not been met within the required timeframe;
• The account has been dormant for more than 12 consecutive months;
• Continued operation of the account would expose lepoker to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, lepoker may forfeit any bonus balances and any winnings derived from prohibited activity. Real-money deposits not implicated in the breach will generally be returned, though lepoker reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting lepoker support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding bets or pending verification requirements.

lepoker is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. We believe that gaming should be an entertainment activity and never a financial necessity. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be activated via account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period.
• Session time limits: Receive a notification or automatic logout after a specified play duration.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from lepoker for a minimum of six months. During exclusion, your account cannot be reopened and you must not attempt to create a new account.

By registering on lepoker, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to your data, correct inaccuracies, or request deletion subject to applicable legal obligations. All data requests should be submitted to our support team.

All content on the lepoker platform — including but not limited to the lepoker brand name, logo, website design, game content, graphics, text, software, and data — is the intellectual property of lepoker or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any lepoker content without prior written permission. Scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of any content from lepoker's platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

lepoker provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lepoker excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from error.

lepoker shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the lepoker platform or any of its services;
• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or failure of the platform or its payment systems;
• Any errors in game outcome calculation that are subsequently corrected in good faith by lepoker;
• Any third-party actions, including actions by payment providers, game software providers, or telecommunications carriers;
• Losses resulting from your own negligence, breach of these Terms, or failure to maintain account security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits lepoker's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by lepoker's own gross negligence.

lepoker may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via the contact details on their account and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Minor changes — such as corrections to grammar, formatting, or clarifications that do not affect the substance of any provision — may be made without specific notice.

Your continued use of lepoker after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree with revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
